About Me

Logan Reid

I have been programming since the age of 11. Many of my skills and experiences are self-taught but I have an immense drive and passion to code and develop. I can complete any task given to me and am always open and excited to learn. I am a highly determined and motivated software engineer. I spend much of my free time coding personal projects and love what I do. The most honorable past project that I have worked on is a Desktop application designed using C# and the .Net Framework to create a dynamic Shift-Reduce Parser. This Shift-Reduce Parser allows the user to input a desired grammar and then generate the required parse-table which then allows the user to parse a desired input. This project was then manually converted to the Dart language to create a working mobile app similar to the Desktop Application. This app has been released for both IOS and Android.

Projects

loganreiddev.com

Built using ReactJs, NextJs, and Typescript, this website serves as my portfolio to showcase my skills and projects such as this one.

Shift-Reduce Parser

My Shift-Reduce Parser was originally designed as a desktop application using C# and the .Net Framework, but my motivation to do more with it led me to converting it into a mobile application using Flutter/Dart

BarTyme

BarTyme was designed with the purpose of helping bars provide their customers with up-to-date info on things such as cover, line length, and atmosphere.

Color Clash

I developed Color Clash, an Endless Runner mobile game using Unity's UI Toolkit, where you match the ball's color with the landing platform. This project enhanced my Unity skills.

Project Friends

I created a multiplayer game in Unity using Fishnet Networking Library and Malber's Animations, developing a networked state machine with client-side prediction, synced animations, and a basic combat system.
